I use the Flexsqueeze theme, which I’m really happy with. I’m not much of a programmer/designer, so the theme’s built in customization panel was a life-saver when I set up this blog.

To kick the tires a bit, you might want to first check out the Flexibility 2 theme from the same developer. It doesn’t have as many options, but still is extremely powerful and easy to customize. Plus, it’s free — so you cant’t argue with the price.
